Here’s a great vacation idea - let’s go for a road trip through Death Valley in southeastern California! You may be aware that on Sunday July 11, the Stovepipe Wells weather station there recorded an average temperature of 118.1°F, the highest average daily temperature observed on Earth, with the mercury peaking out at 128.6 degrees. Sounds like a nice little joyride? Oh, and here’s an extra detail - the car has no air-con.

Going to Las Vegas, again

In April 2021 we took a further step towards our goal of becoming number one in the U.S. laser hair removal market, within the next 5 years: We went to Las Vegas. But the Elysion Pro team weren’t there to party or gamble, rather to show our game-changing laser hair removal system, Elysion Pro, at the Amspa trade exhibition. Things went well and from our small stand we created a big buzz. It’s one thing to tell people how good a product is, but ultimately they need to experience it. For example, Elysion Pro is uniquely lightweight and transportable, but until you actually see that, and compare it with other unwieldy traditional models, it can be hard to appreciate.

We had a long, chill winter, with a hard year and a half of the pandemic to deal with. Most people didn’t get out very much, or mix a whole lot in public. Telling stories

Many of us had the fortunate experience of being told stories from a very young age. People love stories - they can be entertaining, educational, and give us valuable life lessons. In adulthood the joy of listening to stories does not diminish, and with the popularity of social media postings, the appetite is there for anything new and fresh.

What does an ideal story contain? - A beginning, middle, and an end, as simple as that. We want to know the ‘set-up’ at the beginning, and that has to reach some kind of conclusion which satisfies our curiosity at the end. In between we get some of the detail and ‘flavor’.

A question of identity

The courage of convictions
